We offer simple, monthly subscription pricing for Syvantis GP Online™. This fixed monthly amount includes all of your software, servers, and upgrades. Paying by the user means that you only pay for the licensing that you need, when you need it. If your business expands or contracts, your subscription will scale with you. Even our implementation prices are upfront and fixed-price.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access GP Online?

Users will most commonly access Dynamics GP using the Dynamics GP Web App. With the Web App, users access Dynamics GP right from their web browser.

Power users will typically access their system using the Dynamics GP Classic App. This app simulates the experience that you have when you have Dynamics GP installed on a local server and your local desktop. When users access the Classic App from their personal app portal, a fully functional Dynamics GP application will open on their desktop. The Classic App is an additive license available for $25/user/month.

How do upgrades work for GP Online?

You control the timing of Upgrades and Service Packs, depending upon your particular business needs and schedule. Upgrades and Service Packs are dependent upon availability of other integrated applications and other technical factors, which we review prior to your update. Upgrades may change system functionality and/or pricing due to Microsoft licensing changes. 

I already own my licensing. Does that change my pricing?

Yes. If you already own your Dynamics GP licensing and you want to move your existing Dynamics GP implementation to the Microsoft Azure cloud, you are eligible for special hosting pricing.

I'm not sure about the cloud. What if I want an on-premise solution?

If you are not sold on a cloud solution of Microsoft Dynamics GP, we would be happy to assist you with an on-premise implementation. Purchase on-premise support for $269/month + $20/user/month.

What if I need support for my system?

Our staff consists of highly trained Dynamics GP consultants, CPAs, MBAs, and technical engineers. Whether you need assistance with training a new hire or reconciling the books at year end, we are here to help.

All GP Online™ subscriptions include 5 annual support incidents. These can be used for everything from clearing a hung up batch to assistance with report modifications. If you run out of support incidents at any point during the year, simply purchase additional support packs for a fixed price.

If you require support that falls outside of the scope of a support incident, we will provide you with a fixed-price quote for your project prior to beginning work.
