Syvantis Technologies participated in the marketing webinar “The Logistics Behind the Most Creative Tradeshow Booths” on January 20th, 2026. Jenna Walther, Marketing and Operations Manager, and Hanna Madkour, Senior Marketing Specialist, from the Syvantis team discussed the creativity, marketing, and operations planning that goes into the Community Summit booth each year.
Syvantis at Community Summit
Community Summit, hosted by Dynamic Communities, is a conference where members of the Microsoft business application ecosystem come together to learn, network, and discuss solutions. A highlight of the conference is the Expo Hall, allowing vendors to meet with attendees and showcase their solutions.
It has become a tradition for Syvantis Technologies to create an immersive, themed booth each year. Past themes include a Parisian Cafe, a Tuscan Vineyard, and a 2-story cabin in the northern woods. From seating to decor to brochures to complementary beverages, every detail of Syvantis’ booths is designed to align with year’s theme.
In 2025, Syvantis once again had an eye-catching Speakeasy booth. Attendees were led through a secret door and transported into the 1920s, where they were met with a bar serving champagne cocktails, a player-piano, and a cozy sitting room.
Walther described Syvantis’ goal creating these all-out booths: “We want to make genuine connections with the people we meet at Summit, give them an experience they weren’t expecting and won't forget."
