Our Help Desk services are offered by our dedicated in-house staff during regular business hours. Our Help Desk gets you immediate help to most user questions, while creating and triaging cases to our technical staff for assistance with more complex situations.

Our competitive pricing makes it easy for your staff to get the technical assistance they need while keeping your costs low. Plus, we offer discounted support packages that can be used as needed, any time.

Our standard billing rate is $225, and discounted Application Support packages are priced as follows:

< 120 hours annually:

120-360 hours annually:

Cases are assigned a priority level based on the severity and time-sensitivity of the request as follows:

Business Critical: Entire system is down, and no users are able to perform work. Service will begin in 1-2 business hours.

User Critical: One user is unable to access the system to perform their work and workarounds are unavailable. Service will begin in 1-4 business hours.

Priority: Users are unable to access certain non-primary functions in their system and there is no work around. Service will begin within 8 hours.

Standard: Users are unable to access certain non-primary functions, but there is a work around. Standard cases are also used for all user adds and security changes, as well as other basic service requests. Service will begin within 1-2 business days or as scheduled.
