What is happening to Dynamics 365 Project Services Automation (PSA) and Project Online?

Microsoft says Dynamics 365 Project Operations is the natural evolution of integrating PSA with Microsoft Project meaning that Project Services Automation will eventually be retired. Current PSA will be able to update to Project Operations soon after it becomes generally available. However, organizations that are currently using PSA don’t need to panic – Microsoft will continue to support PSA for the next few years.

When will Dynamics 365 Project Operations be available?

The preview for Dynamics 365 Project Operations will begin in June 2020 with general availability coming in October 2020.
