Application Support provides discounted support packages that can be used as needed throughout the year. Application Support packages can be used for support cases, user training, system customizations, and small projects.

Our standard billing rate is $235, and discounted Application Support packages are priced as follows:

48-120 hours annually:	$240/hour
120-360 hours annually:	$235/hour
360-500 hours annually:	$225/hour
500-1,000 hours annually:	$220/hour
1,000+ hours annually:	$210/hour
