Solution Proposal

Based on our system assessment and subsequent meetings with you, we map out your options and provide our recommendations considering the state of your system, your business processes, and your needs.

Design

Your Syvantis Implementation team meets with your company stakeholders to review your full business process. Because this is deep consulting work, we ask you A LOT of questions about your current processes and how you need your processes to change in the future.

We leave no stone unturned because from the very beginning, your solutions need to be designed to work within and support your business processes (NOT the other way around).

Configure

During the configuration stage, your Syvantis team creates the system that meets the established design specifications.

Our solution consultants, industry experts, and in-house developers work hard to ensure that what we propose to you during the design stage is fulfilled.

Process Workshop

Until this point in the implementation process, your shiny new solution has been all theoretical. The design stage imagines the ideal solution for your business processes, and the configure stage sets it up. At that point, most partners would consider the project done. But we're not most partners.

Process workshop is the time to stress test the original game plan. No design can anticipate every single scenario, and as your team runs through your actual processes to trial-and-error the solution, we'll uncover changes that could never have been found otherwise. This is all done before go-live in a sandbox environment, so there's no risk to the tests.

This is our iterative design process, and it's how we hone your solution, fine tuning it to your precise needs. This is the ESSENTIAL part of the project; without it, your system would never become a well-oiled machine that uplifts your team and processes that we guarantee.

Team Training

We bake training into our implementations. The consultants building your solution create custom process documentation and training videos using your actual system environments and workflows, which are available ONLY to your team.

Going Live

By the time your system goes live, it has been tested and adjusted to avoid issues, and you have been trained so you can jump right in without hiccups.

But we're still right there during go-live to make sure any concerns are immediately resolved.
