How it works

As long as you keep paying your annual renewal fees through the duration of your guided move, your Business Central licenses of an equal value are effectively free.

Promotion customers are entitled to dual access rights, meaning you can use your current ERP solution during the move and up until your promotion term ends. This means that as you implement, customize, and test Business Central, you can still use your current ERP like normal.

The initial agreement is for a one-year period with the option to extend for an additional two years—for a total of three years before you must completely move. This is a one-way transition, so at the end of the three-year promotion period, you must be fully migrated to Business Central and will no longer have access rights to your existing Microsoft ERP. But again, the transition period is valid for three years, so this is a great option for businesses planning to migrate in the near future.
