Job Costing

Keep track of usage on jobs and data for invoicing the customer. Manage both fixed-price jobs and time-and-materials jobs. Copy a budget from one job to another and set up a job-specific price list for charging of items, resources, and general ledger account expenses to the job’s customer.

Capacity Planning and budgeting

Plan capacity and manage usage statistics and profitability of resources. Create your plan in a calendar system with the required level of detail and for the period of time that you need. Monitor resource usage and get an overview of your capacity for each resource with information about availability and planned costs on jobs.

Time Tracking

Track employee time spent on jobs with a simple and flexible Time Sheet solution. Control time through manager level approval.

General Ledger and WIP

Estimate the financial value of jobs by monitoring resource usage and other expenses posted to each job. Recognize revenue according to time, materials, and expense usage.

Invoicing

Invoice customers on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis. Assign a specific job to a specific customer and invoice the job completely or partially using Jobs together with Sales Invoicing. Customize Invoices with Microsoft Word and email directly to customers using Outlook.
